This is optional but we do like to be able to show our work to future clients both online and on printed material. If you agree to your images being shown we do require you to sign the client release form to give us permission to use them. Your images may be shown for an unspecified amount of time depending on our marketing campaigns and the relevancy of the material. We may also use your images without specific consent on the basis that we do not specifically identify you.

DOES YOUR PRICING INCLUDE INSURANCE AND EXPENSES?

Yes of course, we have Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance and our travel expenses are covered up to a 100 mile radius of our base in Colchester, Essex (excludes overseas)

WHAT MUSIC CAN I USE IN MY WEDDING FILMS?

Royalty free music can be used in your wedding films and highlights trailers. We purchase the relevant licenses from companies such as Soundstripe, Songfreedom, Artlist and The Music Bed. You can choose which tracks you would like to use from these suppliers but most clients leave it to our discretion. However if for example a DJ is playing copyrighted songs in your video or there is an organist and choir singing in the Church we have to purchase an MCPS/PPL licence as well for private use only and does not cover social media distribution

DO I NEED PERMISSION FROM THE CHURCH FOR YOU TO RECORD THE SERVICE/CEREMONY?

Yes. Filming in Churches and other places of worship are common place however permission must be sought well in advance, especially if you require us to film a choir or organist who usually require a royalty fee. Any additional fees required by the Church other than an MCPS/PPL license are payable by you

DO WE NEED PERMISSION TO FILM IN PUBLIC PLACES?

Yes, in most cases. To avoid any unnecessary confusion or embarrassment should filming have to be halted by the authorities always approach the local council, organiser or appropriate persons responsible and seek permission. Filming in, for example, the Royal Parks in London requires permission and a filming fee. For most public places permission will be granted and no fee is liable but this needs confirming well before the Wedding or event

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EDIT OUR WEDDING FILMS?

We aim for a 3-4 week turnaround to edit and deliver your complete collection of wedding films sent digitally via MediaZilla. Delivery time also depends on how busy we are such as peak summer periods but we will keep you informed on how we are progressing

CAN I SHARE MY WEDDING FILMS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
